Job Description: 

1. At least 1-6 years of experience in Capital markets working in AMCs broking houses, Registrars/Transfer agents , custodians in the reconciliation side. 
2. Reconciliation experience is a must.
3. Reconciliation of Cash and Position. 
4. Prior Experience working in BPOs and AMCs managing Hedge funds.
5. Good domain skills in the reconciliation processes especially pertaining to market value recon, transaction and cost recon 
6. Should have basic knowledge of Mutual fund industry and the various intermediaries. 
7. Experience in preparing operation manuals , BCP documents , facing audit teams, and risk management.
8. Proactive in escalation management with supervisors and clients.
9. Reviews and validates all daily activity in an accurate and timely manner, and maintains all required controls to ensure overall accuracy.
10. Undertake routine tasks related to the monitoring and processing of custodian events.
11. Work in conjunction with individuals on the team to ensure seamless processing of custody events according to the funds policies.
12. Support the research and resolution of exceptions and inquiries related to custody events.
13. Monitor overdrafts and ensure that overdraft compensation is collected on a timely basis.
14. Ensure that cause of overdraft is accurately communicated, while elevating potential issues to management.
15. Process and monitor information within deadlines and comply with all FTTOP requirements.
16. Book trades accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile outstanding items.
17. Maintain records in support of audits.
18. Remain familiar with back-up procedures when system applications and/or transmission problems arise.

Job Location : Coimbatore and Chennai.

Time: 10am to 5pm.
