Job Description 
1. Administration of Windows 2008 servers, domain servers and supporting desktops and desktop applications in enterprise environment
2. Virtual machine deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting (both Hyper-V and VMware virtual environments)
3. Resolving Interoperability problems across platforms and sites
4. Working in Enterprise Active Directory environment, Microsoft groups and security policies and implementation
5. Using SCCM server for deployment in enterprise environment
6. Analyzing and resolving problems associated with the server's hardware, applications, and security
7. Supporting, maintaining and administering third party applications
8. Providing a point of escalation and support to the support technicians
9. Participating in weekend maintenance/deployment activities, as required.
10. Performing general system administration duties.
11. Producing appropriate documentation for application deployment, configuration, and related processes, as required

# Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma
# Fluency in Communications Skills (both spoken and written)/ soft skills

Additional Information 
# working in shifts is a mandate. Candidates applying and selected for the job will be expected to work in shifts - including evening and night shifts. Shifts will 24x7 in nature and can vary depending on geographies supported.
