The ideal candidate should possess:
* Extensive experience in Core Java / Java/J2EE, Spring, Struts, Hibernate
* Should have experience in Oracle / Sybase database
* Should have experience in PL/SQL /Java Script/Jquery
* Knowledge in Unix is desired
* Hands on experience in Designing, Coding and development and support
* Financial / Banking domain experience is added advantage
* Excellent analytical and problem solving approach
* Willingness to work in 24/7 shift
* Strong customer interaction skills / Client facing skills
* Very good communication skills (Written & Oral)
