Job Description :
Tech Mahindra hiring for Process Trainer Domestic Telecom Back Office Process at Tech Mahindra (BSG Division)

Eligibility:

* Any Graduate
* Excellent written & verbal communication + presentation skills in Hindi and English
* 2 4 years of experience in Domestic BPO, preferably in telecom back office domain
* Should have prior experience / knowledge in imparting training in telecom service request / close looping / e-mail correspondence
* Should be currently designated as SME / Trainer for at least 1 year in the current organization
* Role is to Impart Product Training to New Hires, OJT & On Floor Support (Refresher Trainings / TNI etc)
* Work Location is Tech Mahindra, Giga Space, Viman Nagar, Pune

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Observe, Co-lead, and Lead new hires training
  • Monitor student progress throughout duration of training, providing coaching and developmental feedback
  • Facilitate transition of students from training to work environment, ensuring competency levels are sufficient
  • Participate in clients meetings for material and curriculum updates and ensure appropriate changes are included in future classes
  • Complete daily tracking, including end of day course evaluation and trainee assessments
  • Research product information for each account assigned by attending team meetings and periodic calibrations sessions, side by side observations, and call monitoring for training department purposes
  • Establish relationship with design team to learn design methodology and become familiar with learner and facilitator guide standards
  • Maintain updated course and training evaluations for management review
  • Training need analysis and implementation by working closely with the Quality Department
  • Providing refresher trainings

Skill Set:

  1. Must possess effective communication skills English & Hindi
  2. Excellent consulting and communication skills
  3. Should be able to work under pressure
  4. Ability to interact with clients and represent training function at the process level
  5. Demonstrate effective presentation skills
  6. Demonstrate effective questioning skills and techniques to gage learner understanding
  7. Should be able to establish relationship with clients and receive feedback on courseware and delivery
  8. Basic understanding of MS office, required for maintaining training reports
Mandatory:

* Should be open to working in shifts (including night shifts)
* Should have prior Telecom Experience / Knowledge
* Should have prior hands on Training Experience in a domestic BPO
