Must be a Graduate
Job involves extensive communication with customers/passengers at the airport
Booking of tickets

Issuing boarding passes
Passenger facilitation
Making announcements
Complaint handling
Baggage handling
Directly and fully responsible for providing effective and efficient security coverage to all passengers and their baggage
Screening of baggage
Frisking of passengers
Working at the areas of Aircraft ladders (front/rear)

Security Staff

Must be a Graduate Degree.
Check the correctness of boarding cards for the flight allocated.
No. of boarding cards/ baggage tags/ limited release tags/ hand-baggage tags/ seat chart/ priority tags/ fragile-stickers etc
Keep a copy of PNL on the counter.
Check if the porters are in place.
Carry a copy of schedule system wise.
Greet the Guest.
Check the Photo-id of Guest.
System check-in follow & handover Boarding cards.
Any Special load should be notified to load sheet staff.
Other duties as assigned from time to time
