Business to Business Calling ( no sales calls)
Graduates with or without any experience.
Willingness to work in continuous night shifts
Fluency in spoken english, with good language skills, Voice Quality and a neutral accent.

Eligibility :

Graduates / diploma holders in any discipline (MCA, MSCIT,MSC Computer Science will be excluded) B.E/ B.Tech graduates can apply with less than 70% as aggregate and candiadtes with international calling experience for more than 6 months do not have percentage limitations.

Data management activities in support of EMR, the work of documenting would require keeping into account the patients medical history, diagnostic test reports etc. and a permanent medical record.

1. The role is to independently perform all clinical data entry activities on assigned project
2. Keying in patient details including disease information. Dealing with different types of reports- operative, consultative, autopsy, medical, diagnostic and many other types of reports.
3. Highly accurate service for the capture of data from clinical record forms. Ensuring the documentation contains all essential clinic or patient information.
4. Documenting of different processes pertaining to the physicians documents and reports thereby keeping them in a coordinated form. Understanding medical words and the abbreviations into correct form.
5. Applying knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
6. Utilizing reference materials efficiently and appropriately to facilitate the accuracy of reports.
7. Understanding of safety and electronic data, to comply with core operating procedures and working instructions.
8. Meeting quality and production standards and deadlines.
