Purpose of the Role

You will be responsible for servicing customer request and troubleshooting technical issues and ensure sharing of knowledge related to programs, location and the organization with new peers. You will be responsible for the operation, security, and maintenance of databases, and ensuring the integrity of the databases and the security of the data being stored within them.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience with supporting production support environments

Knowledge on batch scheduling software (TIDAL) would be added advantage.
Knowledge of batch job monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalations
Monitor scheduled jobs manually with tools and scripts
Understand and execute basic queries and administration tasks for MS SQL DB
Batch Restart/Rerun as per the documented procedures
Escalation to on-call application development/support team
Documentation of all actions performed via the Ticketing systems as applicable
Ticket escalation as deemed appropriate to applications support group and follow up
Follow checklists and set procedures to carry out daily activities
Coordinate with existing Production Application support team
Execute tasks in a 24*7 Operational environment including working in different shifts
Provide periodic and on demand management reports
