Job Description Application Administrator / Integrator 
The challenge is the integration of complex software systems and integration of internal and external software deliveries.
The AI is responsible for preparation, verification and execution of Software upgrades and updates.
He secures that the delivered solution is properly implemented and works according to the requirements of Munich Re.

We are looking for a consultant with long term experience in

different OS areas, preferable Windows (80 % Windows and 20% Linux)
Data Base Management SQL and Oracle
Microsoft Server 2008 - IIS 7 (MCITP)
Experience in domain and multi-forest functionality in larger companies / domains
Not only client knowledge we are looking for a server integrator
MS Power shell scripting
He should have a very strong background in IT-Technology and be able to manage the diagnosis and resolution of problems
through to completion, coordinating with other service providers (on-shore and off-shore), where necessary.
Conceptual thinking and problem solving is required.

o Second Level Incident- und Problemhandling for
the Application -Infrastructure
o Third Level Incident- und Problemhandling
o Ordermanagement (RUN)
o Installation of Applicationupdates resp.. Bugfixes
o Integration-tests (Test of compatibility of aplications with other applicationsresp. Infrastructure components of the servers)
o Documentation of all installations , changes processes and productreleases as well as adoptions and updates in the CMDB
o Applicationspecific Monitoring
o Migration of applications to new servers / Versions of OS
o Downtimemanagement based on predefined downtimewindows (e.g.. Windows Security Patch Rollouts)
o Installation, Update and Maintenance of client-products on the Windows-Terminalservers
o Support in Design Questions by applications Operational Know How
