Description :
Service Desk BSC, BA, BCOM graduates with minimum 2 years 6 months and maximum 4 years full time experience.Understanding of Service Desk Environment and its day to day operations.
Working Knowledge of Operating Systems such as Windows7, 9x, XP, NT, 2000.Preferred Quick joiners, ITIL Certifiied, Experience in handling UK/US clients.
Datastage Should have extensive development experience in Datastge 8.x, knowledge on Datastage architecture and environment,Should have strong analytical skill,Should have experience in datastage performance tuning,Basic knowledge on one RDBMS like Teradata, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server etc,Should have basic knowledge of working in UNIX environment with experience of writing shell scripts.
Siebel CRM Should be able to do design and develop application in Siebel 8.x onwards. Should be very good in configuration. Along with it should have good knowledge of at least one of the following areas.eScript and Workflows,EAI for real time integration,EIM for batch integration and data load with knowledge of ETL tool preferably Informatica
Eligibility Criteria :
1.BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MS with minimum 3 years of relevant experience post Qualification IT- Experience.
2.Bsc Graduates with minimum 4+ years of relevant experience post qualification IT Experience.
3.Only Full Time courses would be considered.
4.Consistent academic records Class X onwards (Minimum 50%)
5.Candidate who have attended TCS interview in the last 6 months need not apply.
