Experience : 3.6 to 8 Years
Education: BE/B Tech / MCA - Regular
Work Location : Manesar[Gurgaon]

The ideal candidate should possess:

Core Java 1.6, Spring framework (a must)
Multithreading, Collections and Generics
Oracle/SQL Server 2005/Sybase and PL/SQL
Front End - JSF (v2.0) and ORM - Hibernate v3.0
Automated Unit Testing - Junit/anything similar and Version Control - Clear Case, etc.
SDLC lifecycle, Agile development (This would be a plus.)
Web Services and Build Tools - Ant/Maven (preferable)
Financial/Banking (BFSI) domain. (This would be an added advantage.)
Problem-solving approach along with excellent analytical skills
The candidate must possess very good communication skills (written and oral).
