Qualification : BE/ B Tech/ Post Graduations in Engineering field/ Equivalent degrees
Mandatory Certification : Pega v5.x/6.x Certification(CSA/CSSA) , Performance Tools, Connector services
Work Experience : 3.5 to 10 years
Work location : Bangalore. Chennai & Pune
Functional Area : IT Software, Software Services
Designations : Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Module Leads, Project Leads, Architects

Desired Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Pega PRPC v5.x
* Pega v5.x/6.x Certification(CSA/CSSA) Mandatory
* Experience/ Working knowledge in Pega PRPC v6.1 a plus
* Hands on experience with Designing Class Structures, work flows, rulesets and data class structures.
* Ability to design PRPC solution considering the present application scenario and requirement needs
System Administration and ability to demonstrate PRPC installation and configuration plus.
*Experience in performance tools and connector services.

* Involved in Estimation, Design approach, Coverage, Alternate approaches, Usage of Design patterns, Test strategy/ Plan development
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and users to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Analysis of requirements and Develop software as per project defined software process
Project Competencies and Behavioral Competencies :
* Ability to help PM/Sr. PM to conceptualize, design, construct, test and implement technology solutions
* Publishing project best practice, reuse & tools at organization level
