Relavant Experience : 5 +

Job Description :

 - AIX Certified System Administrator.
 - AIX system administration experience in a large scale server environment
 - Experience in pSeries servers including hardware builds, from entry level POWER4 and POWER5 servers up to the current P595 servers
 - Demonstrable competence in the following components: AIX 5L system administration, HACMP, Micro-partitioning, VIO, HMC, NIM, LPAR,
 - Performance Tuning.
 - AIX Migrations, VIO migrations, HMC upgrades & HACMP upgrade/migrations.
 - Advanced troubleshooting skills in coordination with IBM support and Hands & Feet teams.
 - Shell Scripting Knowledge.
 - Good experience in Incident/Problem and Change management practices.
 - Strong inter-personal and communication skills
 - Self-motivated, problem solving skills & demonstrating initiatives.
 - Capable of grooming/budding peers.
