Skills required:

If you have any of the below skills:

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of IT (with 2 years of experience as Project Manager) Primary skills (must have): Java Strong Java fundamentals with Java EE 5 with JSP, Servlets, Tomcat, Web Services, XML

Framework - One of Struts, Spring, JSF

Database - Either Oracle, SQL Server or DB2

Design - UML, design patterns, Strong Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills

Communication - Excellent communication, documentation,

reporting skills and onsite-offshore communication

Must have experience in Managing at least two development projects end-to-end (Project must have had a minimum of 6 months duration with at least 30 team members).

Manage a team of 30+ people

Successful delivery of assigned projects leading to customer satisfaction

Review the teams composition from competency and costing perspective and choose the most appropriate team formation with best value Own and deliver projects throughout all the SDLC phases and provide technical and process guidance to the team .

Mandatory:

4)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
