JOB TITLE : Associate

DEPARTMENT TBO : Leveraged Services Group

REPORTS TO : Team Leader / Associate Process Consultant

JOB PURPOSE :

Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, scanning, mail sorting or similar activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

May perform one or more of the following:
*Responsible for ongoing delivery of services with quality.
*Update documentation of SOP and operating instructions.
*Responsible for peer review of transactions.
*Updating of process task sheet/documentation for his/her own tasks
*Assist new people in understanding the process/tools.
*All other tasks as assigned.

Interview Process: 
1st Round - Written Test (General Aptitude test)
2nd Round - F2F interview with Panel
Final Round - F2F with Manager.
