• The incumbent will be responsible to build a high performing Metro Agency Associate team.
• Achieve targeted business results in the Retail business through effective translation of the business strategy into action plans.
• Provide leadership and motivation to the associate team for achieving business targets, product mix and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Should be comfortable with field sales profile.
Should understand the local market
