Job Description:

To generate leads from developers/builders, open market etc.
To achieve monthly targets
Maintaining builder relations and its staff
Keeping track of retail sales at the builders, competitor-wise breakup of market share and sharing the same with the company.

Skills:

Knowledge about housing loans and their policies & programs.
Knowledge of local customer preferences, geographic nuances and finance peculiarities.
Should depict customer centricity in daily behaviour
Excellent communication and presentation skills Should be able to talk and convince the customer both internal and external customers
Business acumen
