Regulatory Reporting Job description: 

1. Perform analysis and control of the firms regulatory capital as well as adherence to various rules and regulations of different regulators i.e. SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA , and other regulators.
2. Responsible for the preparation, analytical review, and filing of Broker Dealer regulatory reports across multiple regulatory agencies.
3. Responsible for the preparation and analytical review of the SECs weekly and monthly, e.g. 15c3-3 Reserve formula computations and onshore review.
4. Management and distribution of the SEC Daily Net Capital computation, e.g. as governed by the SECs Net Capital rules under SEA Rule 15c3-1. 

Performance Reporting Job description: 

1. Summary Ratios ( earnings and balance sheet ratios )
2. Income Statement Revenues & Expenses ( bank's year to date Report of Income)
3. Noninterest Income and Expenses and Yields
4. Balance SheetAssets, Liabilities and Capital. End-of-period figures to compare asset and liability composition from period to period
5. Off-Balance Sheet Items ( Report amounts of commitments, contingencies, contracts and other items reported that are not reported as part of the balance sheet
6. Balance SheetPercentage Composition of Assets and Liabilities

Financial Reporting Job description: 

1. Assist in preparation, accurate reporting and filing of SEC periodic reports such as Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K and Annual Report.
2. Assist in the preparation of other SEC filings such as registration statements and DEF 14A.
3. Assist in ensuring local GAAP compliances with local statutory bodies such as SEC, FASB, NYSE and eventual IFRS rules and regulations.
4. Assist in Local GAAP (i.e.US, Swiss) & IFRS reporting to various local statutory bodies.
5. Assist in developing and managing local statutory bodies filing related to XBRL reporting.

Qualifications: 

B.Com/ M.com/ MBA, PGDBM (Finance) /CA (Inter) or CWA/ CA or Equivalent.
Exposure to Reporting tools (Hyperion, Cognos etc.)
Strong Communication skills to interact with various functions within the organization

Experience: 

• Minimum 1 to 5 Years of experience in Reporting with strong exposure in Financial Services Domain.
• Preference to be given to candidate with a BPO experience with reputed Banking Clients.
• Candidate should be flexible to work in any shift.
