Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Experience in Call Evaluvation
• Quality Monitoring
• Drafting Parameters and Setting standards.
• Training and Feedback to Customer Support Officers.
• Any other day-to-day tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager
Desired Profile
Ideal Profile Experienced professional with 2+ years experience in Inbound/Outbound Telecalling, tele Marketing at a Call Centre for Voice and 1+ years of experience in Call quality Analysis.
Basic computer knowledge/ technological skills
•Good Oral & Written communication skills
•Languages - Hindi, English & Tamil
•Good/ Sound Analytical Skills.
•Logical Thinking.
•Certification in Call Quality/ Quality is an added advantage
