Role Description :
1.To Reconcile Supplier outstanding balances with Agilitys supplier balances .
2.To process the invoices .
3.Coordinating with branches to get the invoices processed on time.
4.Managing the assigned suppliers queries, handle suppliers accounts independently.
5.Work and assist region contact in all Accounts Payable related activities.
6.Up to date documentation of the processes handled.
7.Undertake any special projects assigned in addition to handling day to day activities.
Knowledge Skill :
1. Strong Knowledge in Accounts payable and reconciliations.
2.Working knowledge in any of the Mainframes systems
3.Experience in MS Office
4.Good verbal and written communication - Semi voice.
Shift : Night shift
