1.End to end recruitment and meeting the required numbers in voice and data business

4.Collating hiring scores for COPC
5.Maintain files for Recruitment
6.Driving hiring through alternate sources of channels mainly PEERS
7.Background Verification SPOC to ensure reports are on-time and insufficiencies if raised are processed
8.MIS Reports all reports related to recruitment
