Job Description:
Required Skills & Experience: 6 to 8 years experience in testing: includes 2+ years of experience as Test Lead , Good knowledge on Testing methodology, strategy and testing deliverable documents/checklists, Experience using Quality Center tool.

JD: Taking part in System test life cycle & SDLC - Attending design reviews with Functional Designers, Analyzing requirements, providing estimations, Provide required technical/functional support to team members in their day to day activities, Reviewing all the deliverables from team, Lead knowledge sharing activities in team, Need to have hands on experience like senior or expert team member, Preparing test rules & test cases in quality center tool, Preparing End to End scenarios, Prepare regression scenarios, attending project related meetings/reviews, Preparing test data, Preparing test readiness review check list/Strategic test plan/System test summary report, Verify completeness and readiness of test environment for testing, Test Execution, Opening & following up defects in quality center tool, resolve/raise team work issues/risks on time, well handling of Functional Analyst/customer requirements, implement new tools/techniques as per the requirement, Identifying and allocating right resources to tasks, making resource backup plans, maintaining project/work allocation dashboard, preparing/reviewing daily/weekly/monthly status, contribute to methodology for team/project success, Lead with example, interaction with dev./infra/Functional Analyst & other required teams, maintain/lead team training plans, encourage reusability, support team growth plans, Plan all the tasks in such a way that we are completing tasks by/before time, work very closely with testing manager and Matrix team.
Good To have Skills: Exposure to Automation knowledge [QTP, etc.], Performance Testing [Load Runner, etc.].
