Job Description:
Effective communication with PMs, internal teams and the client where required
Handling all project-related administration
Storage and accurate filing of all assets received and delivered.
Collating information and generating reports
Preparing small estimatesAssisting in preparation of budgets
Attending and taking and distributing minutes of meetings
Effective management of small projects
Project set up as determined in PjM project guidelines including the booking of external translation resources and issuing purchase orders
Maintenance of all internal project documentation
Candidate Profile:
Essential
Organised and motivated
Eye for detail
Accurate and thorough administrative skills
Clear communicator
Flexible
Willing to work in UK shifts.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in English
