Job Description Associate level:
Commerce background: BCOM, MCOM is a MUST. Good knowledge of Tax practices
Technical:
Strong desktop trouble shooting skills. Knowledge of OS, Applications, third party products
Excellent communication skills no MTI
Hours of operations US hours
This is a phone based support.
Role:
1. Receive calls from the end user of a product [Its a third party product like Oracle, or Siebel CRM or a taxation product enterprise product]
