Role to be performed for Senior SEO:- 

1.Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings without being blacklisted.
2.Excellent knowledge of both on page and off page optimization techniques.
3.Proficient use of Google analytics including goals and conversion tracking.
4.Conversion improvement techniques.
5.Keyword research and competitor analysis.
6.Content creation - For Blogging, forums and articles, PAD files.
7.Proficient use of Google webmaster tools.
8.Analyzing website strategies and translating qualitative or anecdotal data into recommendations and tactics for revising the strategies.
9.Keeping abreast with all Google updates and analysis the implications and give recommendations to supervisors and also guide the team members in understanding the implications.
10Work alongside the team to identify content to be created that can be distributed to build authority and relevance.
11.Continually propose new ways to optimize accounts and drive innovative SEO solutions.
12.Training team members on new skill sets or enhancing their current skills

Role to be performed for TL SEO :-

1.Develop and execute a strategy to gain, attain and maintain Traffic and Ranking of the particular project and manage, monitor and engage in search engine marketing and communities.
2.Own online communities, blogs, message boards, email discussion groups to generate exposure, brand building and sales.
3.Provide regular reports on the activities carried by him and his team member.
4.Perform competitive analysis and make strategic recommendation to leadership team on emerging trends and opportunities to drive innovation and retain competitive advantage.
5.Ensure team has the training and resources needed for cutting edge skill development.
6.Ensure that team members have the ability to grow in their careers and be recognized for their contributions.
7.Identify opportunities and develop plans/proposals for implementing media advertisement to generate maximum ROI.
8.Responsible for the Online Reputation Management.
9.Responsible for all the activities, work, attitude and behavior of Sr.SEO and SEO.
10.Responsible for the Quality of Work done by Sr.SEO and SEO.
11.Solving Server related issues like domain expiration and renewal.
12.Monitoring server log to analyze monthly performance of the site and rectify-the errors if found.
13.Analyze PPC Report developed by PPC Expert.
14.Maintaining bid record and bid on advertisement sites.
