Account - BPO Interantional - UK Collections/ Customer service (banking)
A mix of voice and non voice experience is a must
Skills required:1. Should be a graduate
2. Minimum 1.5 years prior experience in Quality Assurance
3. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Passion and alignment with our mission, vision, values & operating principles.
6. Experience in quality management systems.
7. Experience in quality system audits.
8. Demonstrates a passion and a responsibility for client
9. Exceptional people management skill
10. Team player

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the Process
2. Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the process Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
3. Effectively interact with Production and training teams to maintain updated procedures
4. Ensuring compliance towards internal and external audit schedules and compliance with clients specifications
5. Supervising QA' in quality checks conducted.
6. Working with staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures
7. Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.
8. Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
9. Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
10. Preparing clear explanatory documents for internal/external dissemination
11. Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
12. Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with the client and with the Internal Management team
13. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
14. Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters
