Web Developer :

- Implement Visual Designs in standards compliant utilizing the CMS like Joomla, WordPress, Drupal(HTML/CSS/JS)
- Thoroughly test cross browser compatibility of all product interfaces
- Knowledge of PHP5 and mySql.
- WordPress theme and plugin development.
We're looking for the kind of person who has the following technical and personal skills
Technical :

- Thorough knowledge of Web (W3C) standards
- Thorough knowledge of php and prior experience on working on Joomla/Wordpress
- Working knowledge of troubleshooting using Firebug
- Experience with JQuery
- Basic Photoshop knowledge for cropping, optimizing images for the web

Web Designer
As a Lead Designer, you will be required to Design Creative, Clean, Elegant & Cutting-edge Modern Websites, Web 2.0 Graphics, UI/UX, Logos, Brand/Corporate Identity and Marketing Materials, etc.

- Brainstorming on design ideas.
-Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
The designer will be driving the design direction and collaborating with team to create the best possible creative.
Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches.
Providing quality assurance on creative deliverables
Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign, etc.
Excellent working experience in designing creative website layouts, portal design, landing pages, web apps GUI, web 2.0 graphics & other creative designs.
Experience in designing marketing materials (Banners, Flyers, Email Templates, Brochures, etc).
Experience in brand/corporate identity
Designing wire frames, mockups and prototypes with ease
Must have extensive experience of color scheme and typography.
Experience in Responsive Design
Understand and conceptualize clients requirement in aspect of designing and implement that on various aspect
Communicate with International Clients regarding project independently to understand the client's requirement
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 is an added advantage.
